Showtime Restorations

I would not recommend Showtime restorations. Had an issue with leaking roof after the work was finished. Called Hani to come out and fix. Hani came out and said he would come back and look at the leak and never returned. I have water marks on my cleaning from the leaks. So much for guaranteed 10 year warranty. Had to get an independent roofer out to fix the issue costing me extra money. Very disappointing, don’t understand how a business can do this to their customer

Hani promised the world however delivered a very poor quality product, and continues to put me off in the hope I will give up. After the initial work, then having the tradesmen return to fix issues, after returning again only because they left trailer ramps at my property, Showtime proceeded to ignore my email asking for them to again return to fix their issues. After waiting a year, I engaged another roofer to complete their works, which I thought would only be some edging, however more issues were shown once inspected. Flaking paint, cracked ridges and tiles that were supposed to be replaced simply being stuck back together with putty (and not well, at that). On the initial clean, there was so much run off onto our ceilings that we replaced most of them. I thought this was standard due to the condition of our roof, until I spoke to another roofer who said that should definitely not have occurred. After reengaging with them post inspection, Showtime have continually been promising to attend site only to ghost me when the time comes around. I would absolutely not recommend paying any amount until you are completely satisfied with the work; and I would not recommend them to anyone.
