Shark nose vs Recessed rail finger pull

I have read a lot about pros and cons of both shark nose and recessed rail - I'm confiused which is "really" the best option - any thoughts? Thank you :)

I first would be looking at who is to open the drawers and doors. Their ages and ability for full hand movement. Have they got strength in fingers to pull open the drawers and doors. Both above need this strength and would be a hassle for Arthritis sufferers. Some times handles are better.
