Expensive, unprofessional, according to rules that are beneficial only to them. You have to be very careful when placing an order, because they enter things at their discretion and łatwe do not honor even what has been agreed in e-mails. Things looks very cheap. During the work, they destroy the equipment, saying that it has not been properly secured. After less than a year, the elements in the bathroom are cracked. They can't even put silicone on properly. Mediocre quality for big money

Initial impressions of this company are fantastic but their customer service is beyond shocking and beware of some of their products. We bought four bathrooms and a cloakroom from Bagnodesign in Glasgow after visiting their stand at the Ideal Home Show. The designs were outstanding and the service we received from Duncan and Hazel was fanatstic. So much so that we then ordered from their kitchen company next door SieMatic by LDP kitchens. We spent a considerable amount of money in both places. Since we paid the bill in full the customer service from Bagnodesign has been non existent. It took a while to sort out simple flaws during the installation process. We were charged for nearly 40 square metres of porcelain tiles that we did not need!!! After a battle they agreed to take the excess tiles back. These were returned on the 16th February this year and we are still waiting for a refund. This amounts to a considerable amount of money. The very expensive stone bath that was purchased was unable to be fitted as the drainage fixtures that were supplied were not of the building standard requirements for the U.K. Whilst designs are gorgeous, I would not recommend this company at all. Do not be seduced by the initial impressions that you are given.

BAGNODESIGN is a beautiful company to work and collaborate with for luxury bathroom designs. I am constantly impressed with their ability to work with my clients' budget constraints. If you are after a timeless bathroom, this is the company to work with.

Having searched the market for my new family bathroom design / product selection I am very pleased that i arrived at Bagno Design, Glasgow. Even though their showroom wasn't officially open for business when we walked in we were made very welcome by the staff. To say i was impressed with their showroom and product quality is an understatement. In a relatively short period of time Duncan and the team had taken my ideas / understood my goals and incorporated them in to a stunning design, which in turn has become my new family bathroom.( http://www.houzz.com/projects/645128 ) which we are all very proud of. The freestanding bath is heaven, fit and finish of the bagno equipment excellent and without question the best decision I could have made to compliment my period property. i have no hesitation in recommending Bagno Design, Glasgow to any of my friends, family or colleagues, it really is that special :-)

I have used Bagno Design on a number of projects now, including part of the refurbishment works carried out within my own property. I have been delighted with the quality of service provided and in particular the range of sanitaryware they have to offer within their stunning showroom, located within Glasgow's West End. Their unique range of fittings are an inspiring 'break from the norm' whether our clients are looking for either a contemporary or more traditional or extravagant bathroom we will continue to recommend Bagno in the future.
