Brad did an excellent and thorough job on the 121 year old home we hired him to look at. We had a total understanding of the home and it's condition after his report. We were out of state and had not been able to see it personally. It was well worth the fee and saved us probably $100,000 in repairs. We will definitely use him again and recommend anyone in the Black Hills area give him a call. Thank you Brad.

After hearing that Brad was doing thermal imaging I asked him to do a job at my daughters house he did an amazing job I only wish that we had contacted him prior to my daughter making the purchase of this home it was absolutely amazing and I appreciate all that he has done.

Brad is a very thorough inspector. I buy rental properties and I would only hire Black Hills Professional Home Inspections to come and inspect them. Brad has tools to find all kinds of issues and when he's done I know exactly what I'm getting into. I really do appreciate his integrity.
