I was thinking of going the custom route because that means I can ensure the brackets will be attached to the studs. I believe you can paint melamine after proper preparation of the surface, but I doubt if you can stain it.

Hi all, It's very difficult to find where I can get a decent quality glass bowl. The majority of the bowls which I suspect are chinese imports are tainted glass, where I am looking for a pure quality similar to the work that Euroglass undetakes. Does anybody know where I can buy one from?
