Our new house @ Lady Bay
After over 3 years of planning and with help from a lot of people, we hope to start our build in April 2016. I hope to update this with progress photo's and info along the way.
This website and the contribution of people on it has been a great assistance to Cherie and I. And i would like to thank you all for your input.

Fly-around Model created using awesome software package called LIVE INTERIOR 3D by Belight Software. Whole house was designed with this and than handed to an architect to do proper drawings for council approval.
Note that you can even use light and shadows to see how sun light in winter comes in the house.
Note i only used basic package @ cost of $30.00 and best investment i've every made. As you can design and see what your idea's look like. But it is addictive !

Comments (1)I think timber paneled garage door to match your front and balcony door would look great. You could even clad the gabled portion above the balcony in timber also. Windows done in black(??) Another window or glass doors put in above garage would improve symmetry. If that's not an option, maybe some sort of false window or doors? I don't even know how that would be done exactly, but if glass has a bit of reflective tint and is also framed black, it would fool the eye. Comments (16)The silver will look quite good with your colour scheme. I would probably change some weatherboard for Scyon Axon just to change it up a bit. Also use Scyon Axent for architraves and wall corners. Don't forget eaves and veranda ceilings, etc. as a really nice looking feature use HardieGroove or maybe even some timber to break up the acres of painted surfaces....See More

Precast slabs being installed by Tilt Up SA, 130tn crane as each panel weights 10tn.
