@mazpt, yes of course. Here are a few more pictures showing how kitchen, living and dining, and outdoor deck and bbq area flow together. Oska kitchen is really neat in detailing; wood grain on the doors for example, are matched across as many doors as long as a 2.4m sheet allow. Floor turned out very nice too. Light natural colour, wide and long boards, laid length way all the way from front door to the back makes the space looks a bit bigger. Although it is still a floating floor, there are minimal floor movement that make squeak sound, most of the floor are feels solid. I hope that floor squeaking noise will settle over time.

Hi Nickers77 My daughter installed an ikea kitchen about 5years ago, it was a shaker style and looked great in her little cottage, the bench tops were really good too, my only advice would be to make sure that you install it properly and be very diligent on having everything level, maybe paying extra to have it installed by a flat pack specialist..she also looked into the Kaboodle kitchen, we both liked the ikea ones better. I would post a photo but the house is a rental now, and she hasn’t had any problems.

I would ask for the wooden architraves to be removed and the window surround to be finished as just square plaster. Then finished with paint that matches the cabinetry and/or bench. It’s the architraves that make it depart so much from your inspiration pic.

The Agents dimensions aren't correct so working with what we have. I can suggest three potential Pantries and or a Mudroom. The original benchtops would be better replaced with 900 deep to allow for bench stools, or you could remove them and replace with a 3m x 1100 Island which gives better working space within reach of the current sink and cooktop, a sink in the Island for use with the cooktop would be handy
