Exhaust Fan in wardrobe for Shower Moisture
Comments (5)We have a similar bathroom, walk in robe set up. Exhaust fan is in shower recess. In Perth also. No problems with moisture build up. If you have fan only in wardrobe, you are letting the steam get to wardrobe. If the fan is in the shower recess, then most of steam is extracted immediately....See MoreExhaust fan brands advice
Comments (1)are you after a exhaust fan only or a exhaust, light and heat? you basically need to look at the m3 / hour, 555/M3 is at high end and below 255/m3 is at the low end. You don't need to spend a lot of money to get a good exhaust fan they are quite but if you want no noise try an online fan this will be away from the fan opening. There is a lot of option so pick one you like the look of but make sure the m3/hour is good and position of the exhaust helps a lot try and have it over the shower area this will help with steam escape quicker....See Moreexhaust fan in the bathroom
Comments (3)Hi, If the exhaust is to be vented outside and is not being mount on an external wall then consider using an in-line fan. This is an exhaust fan that has the motor and fan blade element located inside the ducting. Because the motor and blades are not located directly beside or on top of the opening, the result is considerably quieter than conventional fans of similar performance. In-line fans come in many sizes including very powerful units that have blades far bigger than most ceiling mounted units can support. To ensure the fan is sufficiently sized you need to determine the volume of the bathroom. With some inline fans it is possible to have multiple inlets (exhaust openings), so one fan can cover multiple areas/rooms. An in-line fan can only be used if there is sufficient void to carry the ducting. Important to consider access to the void in case the fan blades and/or motor require maintenance. Finally an in-line fan will cost more to buy and install. Hope the above is useful....See MoreExhaust Fan Reviews
Comments (2)Hi Libby In all our bathroom renovations we use the Kado Lux 250 LED Exhaust Fan from Reece. The Kado Lux also comes in two other options including with heat Kado Lux 3-in-1 Heat Lamp Exhaust and without LED Kado Lux 250 Exhaust Fan. We use these fans as we have found them to be the best looking with the fan being powerful and effective. This is the new model that has come out but we have not used or installed this as yet. Kado Lux HiFlow 250 LED Exhaust Fan Square and Kado Lux HiFlow 250 Exhaust Fan Square. I hope this helps....See More- 10 years agolast modified: 10 years ago
