We have a very open wardrobe/ensuite setup similar to what you show. The exhaust fan is over the shower and there are zero issues with moisture. In actual fact, we never turn the exhaust fan on. We are close to Perth so not sure if your location would have any influence over that
We have a similar bathroom, walk in robe set up. Exhaust fan is in shower recess. In Perth also. No problems with moisture build up. If you have fan only in wardrobe, you are letting the steam get to wardrobe. If the fan is in the shower recess, then most of steam is extracted immediately.
Thank you for all the feed back! I will put the exhaust fan over the shower plus the heat lights in the centre or the room. I will talk to the electrician.
