A round coffee table/tables similar to the above photo would look great, two things, would you consider moving your side board back next to the end of the leather lounge this would mean swaping the lamp and the circle wall hanging over and placing a floor lamp on the floor in that corner. Then the lamp next to the sofa could be used for reading and also give softer lighting to your room instead of the ceilin lights. Also your lounge appears to be made up of two sections, a two and a three seater or two x three seaters, could you move the section under the window along towards the door which would allow for a low square table with lamp in that corner. The small corner of the "L" would look lovely with full length curtains, floor lamp and arm chair with side table, your dining table appears to be on the other side of that window? Love your Iranian pot and stand next to the front door, I used to have a couple of those. Attaching more photo's for your thoughts.

Hi there, Big piece of paper time! Write down the dims of the space and list the things you would like it to do: charge devises, put down for hand bag, store of mail, basket ball fixtures, invitations, bills, home management, display of collection of tortious shells....what ever!! Then list all the ideas that seem interesting, marry up the two lists and see what comes out of it! Personally I think a long blank wall is excellent for couch or other furniture to go on and to sit to look out to the garden (not with your back to outlook like so often is planned) Some put down bench, desk arrangement, some cupboards for devises charging and handbags, some shelving for a few book and current pictures etc. Some of each type of space that you need for those items and things on the list. Very important to keep it ladder friendly for manhole too. I love the look of your circle of chairs there and wonder if you want more seating in the room? Thank you all for the ideas.... I’ve decided on the metallic drum idea for the corner, thank you Lauren. Siriuskey I desperately want to change the rug but with two boys under 2 my floor gets trashed so for now the darker carpet stays :( Julie I love the throw! Do you know where that is from? I need to use throws and cushions to add some lighter tones to the space.

Sorry no help here.....Have you used the bath yet? I would be concerned that if the bath is not level on the tiles, that, when full of water, and people, the bath will move off the wall on side and the back. The bathroom looks Interesting, but that small gap between wall and bath, is very troublesome. If you put a shelf there, it will become even harder to clean.
