Can anyone offer some thoughts on fauxTimber floor board ceramic Tiles???? In theory I completely rejected this idea when I heard about it but upon seeing it in person I am seriously considering it as a flooring option in our new home. I just looks so convincing - almost identical to the "antiqued" oak boards I've dreamed of but not as expensive, extremely hard wearing and really easy to care for. Any thoughts??????

I have faux hardwood flooring that is really ceramic tile.. it is dark brown and so durable and easy to clean! I wish I had done the lighter version so the dust wouldn't show as much - then I wouldn't have to clean it as often. The photo you posted would be awesome. My need was to have something a wheelchair could go over after coming in from the outside. It works beautifully.

Just to confirm, by combination washer/dryer, you mean one machine performs both functions, correct? Some years ago, we bought one for our apartment. It was a good brand. It did not dry clothes properly, took forever, many drying cycles, and never dried clothes completely, so I cannot recommend.

your dilemma is difficult to understand without more information and would be so much easier if we had the original whole house plan with dimensions and showing front and back entry, and views, size and position of prop0sed pool and all existing windows and doors, any walls doors or windows that can't be changed and direction of north...as well as any special requests for the kitchen

hi Houzzers Id like some advice on wardrobe positioning. floor layout Attached. we have yet to move in so we can reconfigure the layout of the beds easily. but was thinking B1 - 3.8x4m king size bed head facing east wall B2 - 2.9x4m 2 single beds head facing east wall B3 - 3x3.7m 1 double bed head facing east wall your thoughts? thanks! my question is- how wide and which wall should I put the wardrobes ?
