Hi I have a Victorian, Jarrah floor in Satin finish. Skirts dado picture rail and wood in An off white. Colour under the Dado is a burgundy. Used about a dozen or more sample pots looking for the right shade.. So many came out brown or purple. I settled on Dulux Forest Fruits Berry. Really happy with it. Solver paints have a heritage colour card.. There are lots of choices of reproduction colours giving you heritage style and build decade range so you can be colour authentic to the build. What a great looking house. It's interesting that the furniture in the photos is warm coloured, the red lounges and rich rug, the brick walls and floor are all richly coloured too. I think your distressed leather and copper would be fine, personally I'd go nice clean lines in the furniture and add the cozy with texture, even if you go with ranges of neutrals.

Have you rang Masterton and asked if you can change their plans at all. Most of the volume builders have a search function on their website where you can set one of the filters as block width. Eg Simonds, Metricon, JG Gardener, GJ King, Porters

grey and white always look good but Google "choosing colour schemes" for all the different paint companies services for matching colour schemes
