hi jayvee1, if you are good with computers Sketchup free version is really good

Sketchup is a good place to start as it is a free 3D modelling tool with a fast learning curve. However just because you can draw it in Sketchup, doesn't mean it can be built, it doesn't mean the building will be cost-effective, and it doesn't mean that it will comply with the regulations.
