Our current kitchen plans call for a 48” gas Wolf Range, 6 burner with Griddle. We originally wanted 8 burners but looking at the specs the venting options were limited to non combustible only if I read the specs correctly. Our cabinet maker has quoted us a 52” Vent a Hood insert surrounded by matching cabinetry. The hood claims 600 cfm with a ‘900 equivalent’ cfm since it has ‘magic lung’ technology.

We aren’t crazy cooks, do you think this hood will be suffice.
