bathroom layout help

I’m about to start a bathroom install this week room size of bathroom is 1.65 width x 2.4 length.

The bathroom design is in photos, this is what was suggested to me by the designer. I’m worried about water everywhere. And room in the bathroom don’t know if I want a larger shower and just vanity but I would love a bath

suggesting the basin inside the toilet was to enlarge the toilet room because the toilet looks too small for a door to legally swing to the inside and access from the hallway for most of the storage will allow more flexible arrangement of appliances and working positions eg ironing board can be left out without obstructing access but a small section (eg behind the entry doors could be dual access for linen

@oklouise here is the full plan with the rooms now swapped. We're in the process of doing the working drawings for Stage 1, and we'll likely start on Stage 2 in 3-5 years once we've started our family and need more room so we can definitely change that as we figure out how we live once children are in the picture! Our house is a 1920's bungalow so we're trying to preserve as much of the original character & structure at the front of the house. The good light is all at the back of the house. Any suggestions and advice are welcome :)

Here is a layout with hall door in current location. You would need to upgrade or remove the window in shower. Cheaper option may be to move the hall door a little away from cupboard to get 900 shower in behind linen and put toilet at back. Not quite as pretty as the Home Mood plan but more floor space. My green is towel rails and toilet roll holder

I would try absolutely everything to try to squeeze it all in. We will likely sell the house at some point in next 2-3 years and the bath is a must in at least one bathroom for families or such. I will never use it. The full bathroom will give us around 700mm between the shower screen and the vanity and 740mm between vanity and the bath. I would really like to try the full bathroom but i will listen if the advice is dont do it it will feel too small.

I thought about having the door full width also and maybe doing a step in thing like this

If Shower is sloped enough, will I not need the step in tile ledge?
Will the water seep out under the glass ? And touch vanity if I chose full length vanity or should I keep it minimal and do mirror cabinets maybe with wall hung vanity

Note the NCC has a min distance the shower screen must extend measured from the shower rose. Ask your designer to confirm. You may also need a water stop if you are not putting a floor drain in the main part of floor
