Assuming you mean the bed is on garage wall I would not do high window. If shutters then twin if just curtains the single window

I would do twin windows. Then you have wall space for storage or seating. I would also only have a single entrance door at width 820mm. Double doors are a waste of time and effort for tradesman. And it means you need both open to walk into room.

Your 3 options have very different sill heights. I am not keen on highlight windows. Look worse behind shears and make the room look very closed off. The adjacent 2 storey will block some sun,. If you go one of the other options think about how the sill heights can pìbe put to effect. Do you want to put a stool or seating below do you want curtains that pull back. What about other rooms for consistency

we are more deciding between Twin vertical windows (approx. 0.6m x 1.8m each) or One standard single window (approx. 2.4m x 1.2m).

If we were to go with One standard single window (approx. 2.4m x 1.2m), then the bed placement can be on two walls.

I like the idea of two approx 900 doors with one fixed in place so only one door is used, this will also help with placing the king bed in the room, perhaps even full height. to make a statement..

West facing window could be hot what windows are you using in the rest of the house

On the floor plans previously posted, it is showing 2 x 720mm width entrance doors. I would recommend 2 x standard doors as mentioned above @ 820mm each. But this does reduce your BIR length. As I have said above earlier, 720mm doors are just a waste of the workmanship.
Two windows vertical would be my choice. You do not have a view, you are just wanting natural light into bedroom. A high horizontal window will make it feel claustrophobic and you don’t want that for your personal bedroom.

I would only use the longer wall for the bed placement, as shown above in your plans. You have a king bed, plus 600mm bedsides, so 3200mm approximately. If you centre the bed on the 3840mm wall. It would be too close to entrance to bathroom.
