I think getting the perfect bar stool is the hardest thing to do. If you can’t find anything local, look overseas or you might be able to get a craftsman to make them for you.. beautiful kitchen. I haven't seen a proper chair for the height of my table. May need to get a propert desk one day.So I occasionally stand instead of sitting.

And what table. I love the 1st chair and was looking at them last week. But they may be too rich in colour for your grey theme. The light colour in the 2nd pic might work. Personally I am not a fan of the grey chairs. Colour is so personal and I tend to warm colours.
