Esta cocina, mimetizaba elementos y electros integrados a la perfección, y consiguió ganar en amplitud y estilo. Un mismo espacio, un cambio radical, sin apenas obras. Aprovechamos a colocar un suelo vinílico en click sobre el existente y a alisar las zonas de azulejo que quedaban vistas para posteriormente colocar un papel . Una renovación sin derribos.

Rénovation complète d’un appartement haussmannien de 35 m2, remis au goût du jour tout en portant l’accès sur la luminosité.

Après plusieurs visites d'appartement, nos clients décident d'orienter leurs recherches vers un bien à rénover afin de pouvoir personnaliser leur futur foyer. Leur premier achat va se porter sur ce charmant 80 m2 situé au cœur de Paris. Souhaitant créer un bien intemporel, ils travaillent avec nos architectes sur des couleurs nudes, terracota et des touches boisées. Le blanc est également au RDV afin d'accentuer la luminosité de l'appartement qui est sur cour. La cuisine a fait l'objet d'une optimisation pour obtenir une profondeur de 60cm et installer ainsi sur toute la longueur et la hauteur les rangements nécessaires pour être ultra-fonctionnelle. Elle se ferme par une élégante porte art déco dessinée par les architectes. Dans les chambres, les rangements se multiplient ! Nous avons cloisonné des portes inutiles qui sont changées en bibliothèque; dans la suite parentale, nos experts ont créé une tête de lit sur-mesure et ajusté un dressing Ikea qui s'élève à présent jusqu'au plafond. Bien qu'intemporel, ce bien n'en est pas moins singulier. A titre d'exemple, la salle de bain qui est un clin d'œil aux lavabos d'école ou encore le salon et son mur tapissé de petites feuilles dorées.

Although compact, the kitchen benefits from generous natural light thanks to the large window positioned above the sink. The Regis French farmhouse sink is centred on this elevation, making the most of the view and reinforcing the practical workflow of the room. It is paired with a Bidbury & Co. Moreton Bridge Tap, chosen for its traditional detailing and everyday usability. To maintain clean lines, the dishwasher is fully integrated to one side of the sink, with waste and recycling bins housed discreetly on the other. This arrangement allows the main working zone to remain efficient without interrupting the visual rhythm of the cabinetry.

La reforma de la cuina es basa en una renovació total del mobiliari, parets, paviment i sostre; a la vegada es guanya espai movent una paret i transformant una porta batent en una porta corredissa. El resultat es el d’una cuina pràctica i optimitzada, alhora, el conjunt de materials segueix la mateixa sintonia. Un pied-à-terre fonctionnel à Paris Ce projet a été réalisé pour des Clients normands qui souhaitaient un pied-à-terre parisien. L’objectif de cette rénovation totale était de rendre l’appartement fonctionnel, moderne et lumineux. Pour le rendre fonctionnel, nos équipes ont énormément travaillé sur les rangements. Vous trouverez ainsi des menuiseries sur-mesure, qui se fondent dans le décor, dans la pièce à vivre et dans les chambres. La couleur blanche, dominante, apporte une réelle touche de luminosité à tout l’appartement. Neutre, elle est une base idéale pour accueillir le mobilier divers des clients qui viennent colorer les pièces. Dans la salon, elle est ponctuée par des touches de bleu, la couleur ayant été choisie en référence au tableau qui trône au dessus du canapé.
