To optimize storage space, we chose a heated towel bar that enables you to hang towels and bathrobes. The added storage unit cleverly serves as a full-height mirror, providing more functionality. In the bathroom, a wall-mounted waterfall filler is installed for the bath, with controls positioned within easy reach for your convenience, eliminating the need to stretch around the bath screen.

Ce projet de SDB sous combles devait contenir une baignoire, un WC et un sèche serviettes, un lavabo avec un grand miroir et surtout une ambiance moderne et lumineuse. Voici donc cette nouvelle salle de bain semi ouverte en suite parentale sur une chambre mansardée dans une maison des années 30. Elle bénéficie d'une ouverture en second jour dans la cage d'escalier attenante et d'une verrière atelier côté chambre. La surface est d'environ 4m² mais tout rentre, y compris les rangements et la déco!

The black and white patterned tiles help to ground this guest bathroom. The right-hand corner bath is space saving and simple in design. The recycled and repurposed timber vanity was a hall table but is perfect for a country look, adding warm colour and texture. There is a room underneath it for a couple of large cane baskets to store items such as towels and facecloths. Check out the before photos at the end of this project to see the transformation!

This bathroom is situated on the second floor of an apartment overlooking Albert Park Beach. The bathroom has a window view and the owners wanted to ensure a relaxed feeling was created in this space drawing on the elements of the ocean, with the organic forms. Raw materials like the pebble stone floor, concrete basins and bath were carefully selected to blend seamlessly and create a muted colour palette. Tactile forms engage the user in an environment that is atypical to the clinical/ white space most expect. The pebble floor, with the addition of under floor heating, adds a sensory element pertaining to a day spa.
