We selected soft, non-slip porcelain tiles in a neutral palette to open the space and promote calm. Removing the bath and hob created a seamless floor plan for improved accessibility, while the timber vanity and arch mirrors offer organic warmth with architectural elegance.

We designed this custom niche to keep essentials close and surfaces clear bringing a spa-like feel into everyday routines. Arched mirrors bring gentle geometry into this bathroom, balancing the linear tiling and timber cabinetry.

Paired with soft lighting, textured finishes and brushed tapware, this space feels elevated and intentional—while remaining highly practical for everyday use.

Layout modification now sees a second toilet available for use within a separate matching stylish powder room, available for guest use. A well thought out feature for this amazing home.
