Architectural Coastal Contemporary Home | Natural Finishes | Open Living

A contemporary coastal home designed for modern family living, this project balances minimalism with warmth through natural materials, abundant light, and strong connections to the outdoors.

The architecture features a gable roofline and a facade softened with timber battens, vertical cladding, and balcony planting that integrates greenery into the home’s design. Inside, an open-plan layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, where light oak floors, marble finishes, and custom joinery create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.

Bathrooms are defined by bold tile selections and terrazzo finishes, while bedrooms and retreat areas emphasise calm, comfort, and indoor–outdoor flow. Thoughtful design details — from a skylit hallway with a glass floor panel to a plaster fireplace and pivot timber front door with marble handle — highlight the home’s commitment to craftsmanship and timeless style.
