Client Brief:
Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 4 bedroom house in Maroubra.
They disliked the dated look of the house and also wanted to make the kitchen and living room more of an entertainer’s space.
Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their house into the home they had always dreamt about.
Outcome:
Our design team listened to our clients and created an open plan combined kitchen dining and living space with a u-shaped kitchen with seating for four people.
We also did a rip-out & replace on the two bathrooms to modernise the look and improve the flow.
We accomplished this transformation by knocking down two dividing walls, installing a structural beam and changing the footprint of the kitchen.
