Client Brief:

Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Manly.

They disliked the old fashioned style of the home and the lack of a big area to entertain and have parties. They wanted a beachy-style home with an open plan living room and kitchen to enjoy with their friends and growing family.

Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their semi-detached house into the home they had always dreamt about.

Outcome:

Our design team listened to our clients and created a modern beachy-style home with an open plan kitchen and living room leading into an alfresco deck and backyard.

We accomplished this transformation by knocking down two walls and installing a structural beam. With architectural plans approved they also were able to add an extra level to the home.
