Client Brief:

Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 3 bedroom penthouse in Zetland.

They disliked the layout, dated look of the home and enclosed feel of the living/dining/kitchen space.

Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their penthouse into the home they had always dreamt about.

Outcome:

Our design team in collaboration with Studio 1 Interiors listened to our clients and created a modern open plan combined dining, living room and kitchen. We also did the renovation of the laundry room and their two bathrooms.

We accomplished this transformation by reconfiguring the footprint of the room and moving the kitchen to the back wall. It was a challenging renovation as due to being a unit we had to chase all the services through the concrete slab.
