Client Brief:

Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 3 bedroom house in Manly.

They disliked the entire footprint of the top floor and specifically the tired kitchen, and they wanted to showcase the amazing water views, which were currently blocked.

Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their house into the home they had always dreamt about.

Outcome:

Our design team listened to our clients and created an open plan layout to the back of the house, and designing a kitchen that not only had the "wow" factor, but it enable the view to be seen wherever you stood.

We accomplished this transformation by knocking down 2 dividing walls, installing a structural beam with required post and installing a spectacular federation kitchen that was in keeping with the home.
