Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their terrace into the home they had always dreamt about.

Our design team listened to our clients and created a modern open plan living room and kitchen with separate combined pantry-laundry, and a big and bright bathroom.
We accomplished this transformation by reconfiguring the footprint of the ground floor and installing two skylights, one above the kitchen and another one on the bathroom.
