Client Brief:
Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 5 bedroom house in Caringbah.
They disliked the dated look of the house and wanted to create a hamptons/federation master piece with abundance of character. They wanted get rid of the enclosed kitchen and dining spaces, to create an open plan space with better flow onto the backyard.
Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their house into the home they had always dreamt about.
Outcome:
Our design team listened to our clients and choose finishes with the bells and whistles, and the design incorporated an open plan space with a kitchen being the focal point, with an adjoining butlers pantry to hide the day to day mess.
We accomplished this transformation by knocking down three dividing walls, installing structural beams, building new stud walls to create the butlers pantry and redesigning the layout of the back rooms leading onto the backyard.
