Client Brief:

Our Clients came to us wanting to create their dream family home nestled in Frenches Forest. They needed functionality, creative storage solutions and most importantly an open space where they could create lifetime memories with their family.

Outcome:

We worked with Sherocon Building to create harmonious spaces that kept the family connected while still offering privacy. The first level of this home features a generous kitchen equipped with an appliance pantry, pull-out bins, spices and cutlery inserts and an extended seating area on the island for kids. We then lead on to a custom TV unit featuring plenty of storage and space for family photos. With Sherocon helping to transform 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small office space the first floor of this magnificent home is truly a multifunctional space for all.

The bottom floor boasts a small kitchenette and living area with plenty of natural light. Their laundry room which has a chute that can be accessed from the top floor is a standout that is a great custom addition for any home.
