Client Brief:

Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 3 bedroom house in Randwick.

They disliked the dated look of the home, lack of light and the separate living/kitchen/laundry. They wanted a functional open plan living room with combined kitchen & laundry to enjoy with their friends and growing family.

Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their house into the home they had always dreamt about.

Outcome:

Our design team listened to our clients and created a Scandinavian looking home with a huge open plan living and combined kitchen and laundry. We also renovated their two bathrooms tying up the scandi-look of the rest of the home.

We accomplished this transformation by knocking down three dividing walls, installing a structural beam and incorporating a skylight above the kitchen area.
