Client Brief:

We were involved in the renovation of this 3 bedroom house in West Pymble as a collaboration with Alix Helps Interiors.

They disliked the layout of the ground floor, the old fashioned style of the house and a lack of a big kitchen and living area to entertain with friends and family.

Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their house into the home they had always dreamt about.

Outcome:

Our design team in collaboration with Alix Helps listened to our clients and created a modern hamptons-style home with an open plan kitchen, combined laundry & butler’s pantry and bay window seating near the dining area.

We accomplished this transformation by knocking down two walls, installing a structural beam and reconfiguring the ground floor.
