Client Brief:

Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Marrickville.

They disliked the old fashioned look of the house and the lack storage and functionality in the kitchen and laundry. They wanted to modernise the look and upgrade the bathrooms and kitchen.

Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their semi-detached house into the home they had always dreamt about.

Outcome:

Our design team listened to our clients and created a stunning looking L-shaped kitchen with an island, a combined laundry-bathroom and a huge master bathroom.

We accomplished this transformation by knocking down two dividing walls in the laundry area, doing a rip-out & replace and changing the footprint in the other areas.
