Client Brief:
Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 2 bedroom apartment in Manly.
They disliked the layout and dividing wall as the view was being hidden while in the kitchen. The size of each room was also effected due to this wall.
Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their apartment into the home they had always dreamt about.
Outcome:
Our design team listened to our clients and created an open plan space with a kitchen that connected both rooms, had a servery area for casual seating and the layout made sure the exceptional views were always the main focus.
We accomplished this transformation by knocking down one dividing wall, installing a structural beam and changing the kitchen design and footprint.
