Client Brief:
Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 3 bedroom terrace in Alexandria.
They disliked the dated look of the house and the enclosed feel of the ground floor. They wanted to modernise the look and create an open plan space with better light and flow.
Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their terrace into the home they had always dreamt about.

Our design team listened to our clients and created an open plan space with dinning, galley-style kitchen, combined under stairs powder room & laundry and living room area leading to the backyard.
We accomplished this transformation by knocking down three dividing walls, installing a structural beam and changing the footprint.
