Client Brief:

Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 3 bedroom house in Bronte.

They disliked the layout, functionality and look of the home. Also the lack of connection between the kitchen and back deck area.

Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their house into the home they had always dreamt about.

Outcome:

Our design team listened to our clients and created a modern semi-open plan combined kitchen and laundry. We retained a diving wall towards the living room whilst keeping the kitchen open to the dining area.

We accomplished this transformation by reconfiguring the footprint of the spacer and installing a lift-up servery window to the back deck.
We also did the renovation of their two bathrooms.
