Client Brief:

Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 3 bedroom house in Maroubra.

They disliked the dated and enclosed feel of the house, the flow and the lack of natural light.

Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their house into the home they had always dreamt about.

Outcome:

Our design team listened to our clients and created a modern two-tone open plan kitchen and living area leading into the backyard. The L-shaped kitchen with an island was perfect for cooking and entertaining with friends and family.

We accomplished this transformation by knocking down two dividing walls and installing a structural beam, bi-folding sliding doors into outdoor decking area.
