Client Brief:
Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 4 bedroom house in Fairlight.
They disliked the dated look of the house and lack of a big and bright open space to entertain with their family and friends.
Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their house into the home they had always dreamt about.
Outcome:
Our design team listened to our clients and created an open plan kitchen and living room leading into the decking area, and upgraded the laundry, butlers’ pantry and bathroom.
We accomplished this transformation by knocking down diving walls, installing a structural beam and bi-fold sliding doors.
