Client Brief:

Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 6 bedroom house in Balgowlah.

They disliked the dated look of the first floor of their house, the separate kitchen and that the space was not used to its full potential.

Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their house into the home they had always dreamt about.

Outcome:

Our design team listened to our clients and created an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. We made the most out of the unusual angled kitchen space adding a servery area for breakfast/entertaining, laptop office space and whiskey bar & seating area leading into the back decking.

We accomplished this transformation by knocking down a diving wall, installing a structural beam and changing the kitchen footprint.
