Client Brief:

Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 3 bedroom ground floor unit in Cremorne Point.

They disliked the dated look of the unit and the enclosed feel of the ground floor. They wanted to modernise the look, add an extra bathroom and create an open plan space with better light and flow.

Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their unit into the home they had always dreamt about.

Outcome:

Our design team listened to our clients and created an open plan space with a complete new footprint, enabling a larger kitchen and an extra bathroom, by utilising the under stairs space which was originally void.

We accomplished this transformation by knocking down 2 dividing walls, repositioning 2 other walls and installing a structural beam, allowing more space and access to unused areas of the existing floor plan.
