Client Brief:

Our clients came to us with a dream to renovate their 5 bedroom house in Elanora Heights.

They disliked the layout of the ground floor, as the kitchen, dining and living area all didn't correlate. This created an enclosed space with no flow to the outdoors and didn't make use of the view.

Resolving these dislikes for our client was our #1 objective, which would guarantee we transformed their house into the home they had always dreamt about.

Outcome:

Our design team listened to our clients and created an open plan space with a huge galley-style kitchen with separate tall run, adjoining the dining and living spaces into one. Designing a chefs style kitchen with the cook top on the island allowed for our clients to always be looking at the amazing view.

We accomplished this transformation by knocking down two dividing walls, installing structural beams and changing the entire footprint.
