Award Winning Too Rock Residence
The primary design intention was to afford the client, a Bachelor, a unique and quintessentially Australian piece of residential architecture which would encapsulate and enhance the existing natural beauty of the site and surrounding environment. Natural features including rocky outcrops, gum trees, small and large boulders and site topography were retained so that these natural elements could merge within the home.
From any angle or direction, the home presents naturally into its environment, capitalising on views and vistas, natural site features, both near and far; incorporating natural timber and stone building materials and; affording generous access to natural daylight and sunlight to ensure greater comfort is achieved, irrespective of the weather or season.
