This renovation design to the existing beach cottage involved the addition of a new garage at the front and the renovation of existing rooms to provide for the needs of a growing family, incorporating a modern light and open style. Recycled hardwood pulled from the renovated structure, Western Red Cedar combined with stone elements gave this home a more natural appearance suiting the owners beach going lifestyle.
