This modern home commanded a contemporary vibe to the outdoor areas so that together the house, garden, swimming pool and spa created an atmosphere and style that made sense. There is a simplicity to the materials palette which allows the swimming pool and spa to be the feature – timber, granite, grass and glass provide a neutral yet warm backdrop and the dark blue tiles used in the interior of the swimming pool and spa make the water bodies look deeper than they really are.

When space allows, it’s always a great idea to incorporate a space inside your pool fence for socialising, sun-baking or lounging.
