For this architecturally designed residence, the swimming pool with its internal spa is integrated into the design of the building becoming the showpiece of the ground level. Strategically positioned inside a gallery space bordered by the lounge and dining room, the spa sits beneath an undercroft and can be enjoyed during all kinds of weather.

This layout creates strong links between the interior and exterior spaces, with a restrained materials palette and frameless glass set in channels enhancing the minimalist design aesthetic.
