With this renovation we were able to transform a dated 70s apartment into a fresh minimal space, with beautiful finishes and clever design.

We integrated the laundry into the kitchen, took down the dividing wall to the living area, and also opened up two small bathrooms to make one large one. The apartment now has open spaces without missing out on any of the functions of the wet areas.

There is a lot of liberation in creating multi-purpose areas that don’t fit the traditional model, particularly in apartment living.
