This lovely spacious home in Evatt had all the right "bones", but a mismatch of varying floor surfaces and outdated wet areas took away from its relaxed style. Unusual brickwork in the main lounge room also meant off the shelf cabinetry was never going to work.

In all, a family bathroom, laundry and ensuite were all completely renovated while new tiling was laid throughout the home to unify the living spaces.

Finally, custom cabinetry was fitted around the brickwork to create a modern media unit.
