Exactus Homes had the pleasure of building an impressive tri-level home in City Beach designed by Adrian Price Architect. In something different for the Perth market, the home employed timber framed construction, with innovative cladding to complete the contemporary design.

The vision was created by Adrian Price Architect, who created a design which optimised the views over the neighbouring parkland and golf course. Working in collaboration with Ralph Brewer of Exacts Homes, the new home design was carefully adjusted over the course of several meetings to meet the budget and requirements of the family.
