On the Lake - Conjola Park NSW South Coast
Sadly, last the 2020 fires destroyed my clients holiday property on Conjola Park and after some time, they decided to built again.
The design of the exterior to interior induces an earthy interior balanced by the site’s laid-back Australian modernist architecture.
The new build has a self-contained holiday accommodation on the lower ground floor and the ground floor is an independent residential home to enjoy life on the South Coast of NSW.
A lot of planning went into both floors to create a contemporary design with a industrial flair on the lower floor and a sophisticated lay-back coastal style for the ground floor. White concrete floors throughout both levels create a soft balance to the core of the house.
