The clients purchased the house about 1 year ago. It's a 2-story home with downstairs a fully self contained 2 bedroom holiday accommodation, that will be renovated at a later stage. The first phase was to upgrade the second floor with new bathrooms, replace flooring, new kitchen and new furniture throughout. The new paint palette throughout the second floor transformed the space into a bright modern home on the beach.
The next stage is to paint the exterior to compliment the interiors.
