After : by removing sliding doors and taking flooring all the way through, this opens up the apartment to feel so spacious. Despite having to drop the ceiling height , I used the same colour on walls and ceilings which gives the room a feeling of expanse.

Using a warm mustard as the "link " colour - old pieces are blended with new to create a co-ordinated design.

Not able to remove any walls - we got rid of the 1970's concertina etc and opened up this space up - see after - by sticking to vibrant whites teamed with subtle taupe accents also keeping texture as the interest

Despite a very tight budget after a rebuild of the total apartment, I managed to source form outlets such as officeworks - desk used as a dining table, Bunnings - display unit, feature wall made by simply running the flooring up a section of the wall a dramatic overall effect on a slim budget.
