I love the full-sized door! It goes all the way to the top and that's a really interesting effect. The house numbers are also very nice. Also, the door handle is a thousand times better than the standard door handle.
This is a beautiful exterior. The colour scheme is unexpected and understated, masculine yet inviting, and luxurious without being ostentatious. The wood is gorgeous and the boards on the windows are a nice addition (though may distract from the great view indoors). The planters also help add a modern, minimalist flair. I think it's very interesting that the top level sticks out more than the bottom level. That definitely is a large part of it's charm.

The pool and hot tub seem to be outside and on the roof. I love how they're seperated by stairs (seemingly leading back into the house).
The water garden and the bench overlapping it look nice.
I love the way the stairs don't stack up normally.
